Nathan Hill

Nathan leads Medico Digital in Australia and across APAC. He joined as Managing Director in 2025 from Doctify, where he was Country Lead and built the platform that connected Australian patients with the right specialists.

His career started in communications, radio and advertising before moving into healthtech — because the questions were harder, the stakes were higher, and the gap between patient expectations and digital delivery was wider than in any other industry. That gap is what he is here to close.

Nathan’s style is hands-on and strategic. He starts with what the client actually needs and works back to the work — combining commercial pragmatism with patient empathy. He is particularly focused on the rise of misinformation in AI-generated healthcare answers, and on making sure the providers who offer the best care are the ones patients can actually find.

A proud Kiwi, Nathan lives in Melbourne with a soft spot for live music, mediocre golf, and an ongoing pursuit of superstar-DJ status.

Ollie founded Medico Digital in 2015 on a single idea: patients deserve better digital experiences when they make decisions about their health. A decade in, that idea still drives the work. He has helped private healthcare groups, clinics and scale-ups across the UK, Europe and Australia rethink how they attract and convert patients online — moving beyond campaigns and into the systems that actually drive growth. He is known for challenging the status quo in healthcare marketing. Not for the sake of it — but because the gap between patient expectations and digital reality is still too wide.

With the launch of Medico Digital Australia, Ollie is bringing that same approach to a market facing the same pressures: rising competition, changing patient behaviour, and a shift towards AI-driven discovery. His focus is simple: help healthcare organisations show up where patients are looking, build trust quickly, and make it easy to take the next step.
