The challenge
CHA brings together leading specialists across cardiology, gastroenterology, immunology, urogynaecology and more, operating out of three clinics in Oran Park, Norwest and Rouse Hill. It’s a serious multi-disciplinary group serving one of the fastest-growing corridors in Australia.
But their website told a different story. It didn’t reflect the calibre of the clinicians or the breadth of services on offer. Patients searching for specialist care in Western Sydney weren’t finding CHA. GPs who could have been referring weren’t confident in what the group offered or how to send patients through.
Two problems, one root cause: the digital presence wasn’t doing its job.
