A serious multi-disciplinary group. A website that said otherwise.

CHA brings together leading specialists across cardiology, gastroenterology, immunology, urogynaecology and more, operating out of three clinics in Oran Park, Norwest and Rouse Hill. It’s a serious multi-disciplinary group serving one of the fastest-growing corridors in Australia.

But their website told a different story. It didn’t reflect the calibre of the clinicians or the breadth of services on offer. Patients searching for specialist care in Western Sydney weren’t finding CHA. GPs who could have been referring weren’t confident in what the group offered or how to send patients through.

Two problems, one root cause: the digital presence wasn’t doing its job.

A Health Professionals hub gives GPs a direct referral pathway with simple digital workflows. Specialist profiles build credibility and give referring doctors confidence in who they’re sending patients to.

The site now looks and works like what CHA actually is: a coordinated, specialist-led provider.

Two audiences, two campaigns, one compliant messaging framework.

Targeted Google Ads capturing high-intent patients searching for specialist appointments, and reaching GPs looking for referral options in the region.

Patient-facing ads focused on specific conditions and appointment availability. HCP-facing ads promoted the referral pathway and the breadth of CHA’s specialist network. Every campaign built around compliant messaging and real patient need.
